I'm so Proud

I'm so proud of Michael. Tuesday his class went on a fieldtrip to the Lower Seymour River in North Vancouver. I couldn't make this fieldtrip so Michael asked me if he could take a camera. I said sure and gave him the long spiel about how to take care of it and all. When he returned he was very excited to show me all the photos he took. In total it was over 100 photos. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. LOL
When I came upon this photo my jaw dropped, it is fabulous. Michael you have a real eye for photography. I'm so excited.

What a great close-up, you can count the rings in the tree to see how old the tree was.
And this one is beautiful, it is the reflection of the forest in the river.
I'm so glad I let you take the camera with you.

The blog header is mine. Those plants were at Butchart Gardens last August.

Wooo hoooo! Great photos Michael! I love the one of the trees looking up from the ground! You certainly do have an eye for photography! Isn't it great Diane that our kids take an interest in this! I love seeing the photos Emily gets when she's out with the camera!
