Tulip Basketball Tournament

We are back from the Tulip Basketball Tournament in and around Burlington, Washington. Overall it was a good trip, the boys took 8th out of 21 teams in his division. They worked very hard and were very excited at the end when they got a team trophy. (photo to follow)

Baseball has just started and it is fast and furious already. The team has been chosen for a tournament at Little Mountain in Vancouver in a few weeks. Sure hope it is a nice weekend. I love baseball in the nice weather. It's not so hot in lousy weather. LOL

I did very little shopping while away this weekend, it was all about Michael. I almost got a new pair of shoes but in the end I talked myself out of them. I might have to go back though because I can't stop thinking about them. LOL Mike got a LeBron James Jersey, under armour for the cold practices, a slip n slide for the summer and a MOST Awesome Cookie Monster t-shirt that I just can't wait to do a layout with. And with his own money he collected some Basketball Cards.

Well I'm off to bed as 4:25am comes very early. Hope you have a great week :o)

2 more layouts and a project from the last Crop n Cruise

This is a new layout that I got inspired to do when

I was looking through my envelope of 5x7 photos.

The paper I chose was purchased as a kit a long time ago

 at one of the many Scrapbook Conventions I have

 attended over the past 9 years.

This layout was designed by Christine Collier for Crop n Cruise 2009.

This album cover was designed by myself with supplies from KiKi Art.

This was our first creative class on Crop n Curise 2010.

I hope to get me create on again tonight so stay tuned.

Michael as in school and so we decided on a "Date" Day.

We headed to Granville Island for some fresh foods,

A creative update...

 The layout above is brand new and an orginal design that was inspired when I

 found this photo of myself from the Summer of 2003

The two layouts above were designed by Leica Forrest for the Crop N Cruise 2009 event.

Due to a mix up with the time change information I missed most of this class

and therefore it has taken me until now to create and complete my layouts.

This layout was started over a year ago.

 I love the photo but it has taken quite awhile

to find the right design and embellishments.

...Finally it is completed.

Another 3 projects are crossed off the "to finish" list.
